Not played in years, but still been paying for membership, and in 2021 I noticed my membership has stopped, can't log in as I don't know my password, I give good recovery questions. Yet they get declined every time. Can't find myself on the high scores, so either my account has been deleted for no reason, or I've been hacked and my name has been changed?
No contact number just online.. Dumb as nothing works

you cant find self on hiscores because people get removed from hiscores due to inactivity. it doesnt mean the account is deleted.

if the account recovery process was easy it would be easier to hack people with it. theres a reason why its strict.
