Why can Jagex no longer host these type of events to take money out of the game? This new ge tax is so stupid. Should never have messed with death costs to begin with. TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION I went to sleep late...But woke up early. Kissed the game goodbye baby Goodnight Shirley.

The only good thing active in the game are the players, everything else is evil and corrupted so Jagex can make a profit, that is why goodwill has dispersed.


It's tough for them to pry on the same methods within the game because they do it so often and the game itself is repetitive, so bringing back tax that hasn't been in the game for a long time was probably logical and a cheap fix.


Also keep in mind they need methods to take gold out of the game in emergency situations, so implementing tax now and saving goodwill tactics is always a plus for them. Some sad moves I know but thats Jagex for yeah, profitprofitprofit.

I don't think that was their point, they just wanted some sort of GP dump instead of a tax system in the game Tenebri.

Nobody cares much about Jagex trying to make their resume look good on paper to other businesses with their dirty charity money.

The point here is to try to understand where the thread creator is coming from, not just to correct them and move on, as I said before they clearly just wanted some sort of GP sink and clearly they didn't expect Jagex to give their left hand for it.

And yes I understood your point from your first post.

I'm going to say this to help you, and I know it's repetitive which is why it isn't being used but they could use MTX items as an incentive.

If op wants to throw money away u can give it to Richie the bird at the ge or throw it in the whirlpool dnd at deep sea fishing hub both giving rewards Richie being a follower pet where I believe if u give it 5b worth of cash it unlocks a party hat for it to wear and whirlpool gives titles again doing 5b u earn the billionaire title I might be wrong about the amount needed but still that's always an option
