Why can't I target Claudia?!?

I have found many times that for some reason I can't target Claudia. My roommate has had the same problem. I just "finished" this last fight with Claudia and I could not target her at all during the entire fight. I therefore got no credit or loot. I clcicked all over the place on her trying to get the targetting icon to show and it never did. Usually when this happens it shows up after a few seconds. But this last time it never did. Thanks for your time, I never seem to have enough of my own.
