Depends what country you live in legally.
However if you pay to rent an account and Jagex bans you and tells you why they banned you, for something not against the rules then claims you bug abused that's something people should know considering they're paying to rent accounts, buying levels, and spending time, and buying lootboxes.
So before you do spend in game people
should be made aware jagex own their account
, the rules don't apply to some people. They don't do their jobs properly and you shouldn't play.
It's already abundantly clear.
Everyone who plays RS should know this already.
It's written clearly in capital letters in the T&C, which we all agree to for us to be able to access the game.
