Thread Title : What Happened Jagex, Big loss. My week Streak.


First let me say welcome Back Everyone no idea what Happened just a saying Bye to my Daily and weekly, and the Big streak I Had. (waving)

we are Back online :) maybe There life out There ;)


What was Happening I been gone from the Runescape 3 Game up to the last Heading towards 40 Hours since I last come off The Game.

There was No information at all from Jagex on the Runescape website
only reason I knew it was Not my End the whole time it Had way under 25 players online all of yesterday on Runescape 3 Not 1000's.

I Have missed out on my Daily Things and my challenges / my weekly streak and my weekly prizes
I have spent lots of viz wax what is too Hard to get anyway
must be something like 1000 vis wax The last week, I have lost By Runescape Being offline.
looks like Jagex has Doomed me

I am very upset with Jagex There customer / players care seem a Bit To Not Exist.

This is not the First loss what I Have Had where I Have gotten Nowhere.

A Bad one Before was the minning and smithing update I lost around 500 of each Rune item
what I been Trying still To make back well +3 Them Too as a Feel sorry for my loss Gift.
Still Not even ¼ way working to get Back Now another Big loss

only advice Then I got from Jagex was you look like a strong player am sure you can one day make it Back will that be Jagex advice to Everyone this time too. ?

These losses I keep Having are costing me Badly.

Also am a member so maybe lost some Time / moneys worth There Too

I Hope we Get a Refund somehow what Fit the losses.
Maybe let us Do yesterday (Tuesday) Today Wednesday?

Maybe The Biggest 2 are the vis wax worth and the Big streak I Had is lost.

That's because the disruption was so bad that Jagex couldn't actually get into the website to post anything... as they said in the Reddit thread that became the de facto information centre about the outage.

In the circumstances, though, I do think that more of the info that appeared on Reddit (which many people don't use) should also have been repeated through the Jagex Support and RuneScape Twitter accounts (which I think are more likely to be seen by people).

This event was a major power outage at a remote server centre, which then caused other problems. It was beyond Jagex's control.

Don't Do Reddit or Twitter

i thought Jagex only own The Runescape 3 and oldschool website not post else where though
can not see how it will Get to many of there players elsewhere then there main place what should be. sorry but it feels so unhelpful to post elsewhere Never even heard of Reddit or Jagex support

Are you sure it not jagex at fault ? some Human error somewhere ?

No other websites i Don't think had any issues

i just think jagex could of do a lot more about what is happening.

i Didn't knew that was a button or i may of forgot that button i just know the other Buttons up there was down couldn't make a Forum thread to today

i will Try to Remember this for next time even though it's well hidden.

Also no use in trying to access Runescape 3 yesterday for Trying to Do the Daily Things But i may of found out what was Happening Better.

looks like we lose / lost the weekly streak's

Hi Dmdtw and other players


i was amazed they Didn't let us Do our Tuesday challanges in wednesday too so they end wednesday after This week onwards when they brought us back online. that may of been the best way for Jagex and the players

How they got to end on a tuesday in the first place if Runescape 3 updates mostly happen on a monday ?

they come out some point ? :)
