I was looking to getting some membership recently and noticed there was some available content being offered on top of membership in the Steam store page for the same price as the 12 year membership. My question is: is the membership being offered on steam the same as premier membership? TIA?

Anyone know? I was thinking of downloading steam to get the steam membership pack since I'm locked out of normal premier membership. Wiki article doesn't state info on this.
