So my clan has decided to change requirements but that requires changing the thread title. how would I go about getting this done without starting a new thread? Thanks in advance

The thread author needs to make a request through the Forum Help thread, with the template provided, and an Fmod can change the title for ya. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?

Usually you do so via the Forum Help thread but give me the QFC of your thread and the title you want, I'll update it for you

And then in future, any further title edit requests / thread locks etc can just be posted directly to the Moderating team using Forum Help
