Personally, I post on forum help once in a blue moon. And if i do i view it as a 'fire and forget' kind of thing.
But that said, I think this is a good idea. All the more so, now FMR is FUBARed to the extent that it is. I dont really see a downside apart from the trivial amount of extra effort taken by the FMods.
I can see that some things will inevitably fall through the cracks though. It wont be a magic bullet.
From my point of view, there are nothing but positive things that can come from responses on FH making it seem like someone gives a shit, whether true or not.
Even if the response is: "Mrs Ana - stfu."
At least you know that your post has been read and considered to some extent.

While I see your point, I suspect that the problem is that as soon as an FMod posts an explanation of why something hasn't been actioned, the reporter will just post again to argue that that FMod is wrong. Or post on the already clearly overburdened FMR thread to do the same.
