Hey there,

I see from the screenshot that you've submitted a report - so you've done all you need to do as far as this situation goes. I also recommend after reporting a user you've had a negative interaction with to go ahead and add the player to your Ignore List to prevent them from being able to bother you further.

Just to note also, Jagex does not accept screenshots as a valid report method as screenshots can be easily edited or manipulated. The in-game reports you send, however, can not be altered by either party and send relevant chat and activity logs to Jagex between you and the player for at least the last 60 seconds from the time of the report.
