Cant log in my account "Too many log in attempts"

Ive tried

-Using a different internet connection
-Waiting
-Changing username

How can Jagex keep our accounts more secure when it comes to our Log in info?

There should be a code or algorithm that prohibits multiple log in attempts, specially if it's coming from an unknown ip address never used before by the player.

We have a big thread Too many login attempts with lots of help and advice on and a few work-arounds to help people out. We are trying to keep everyone on the same thread so everyone get the help and advice needed.
