Friends runemtrics not working

Hi, my friends runemetrics activity is still in october 2021, even though he plays almost daily...
Is there anything he can do to fix this? He tried to change his name, photo boot and nothing seems to work.


His RS name is : Alt do Velto .

Hmm...

I went and had a peek and it does seem the "Event Log" portion of their profile does not match or reflect their actual progress. For example, the last event was:

Levelled up Farming.
I levelled my Farming skill, I am now level 94.

Their skill summary, on the other hand, shows they have achieved Level 99 in all skills. I would suggest for them report this as a bug in-game through the "Report" interface (instructions on how to do this can be found on the How to report a Bug support article).
