@Iceberg, I dare to assume/say that 99,99995% of all members of The RuneScape Community did start to play RuneScape without even reading a single rule of
Rules of RuneScape
whatsoever.
That's how it should be ... and that's how every game on The Internet is put forward to every individual. Games are construed in a way that you do not need to read the rules first before continuing gaming. It has always been that way and isn't any different right now.

The example I gave you of the Game Guide was merely an example and nothing more.

That players fail to read any given rule is true, the strapline of "Website & Forums" soo many times overlooked while clicking hence the misplaced threads.
So no matter how big a sign you make and how many efforts you will put into forwarding the
Rules of RuneScape
if players ignore them they do ignore them until they are kindly reminded that they are there out there somewhere.

The time I did started to actually read the Rules of RuneScape was when using The RSOF banging heads here in the forums.
I've seen the Rules of RuneScape everywhere, even the Code of Conduct when being muted and you know what ... in the heat of the moment one doesn't care/nor think about them.

I would like to read the rules. I hear people saying things that are new in the rules and I want to read them for myself rather than believe people and then get into trouble because they might have been lying.

I have no idea where to go to read the rules. Can someone please tell me?

- Segredo. Hey there Segredo, I did several times had a look at the
Rules of RuneScape
and while reading them, again & again, I did realize that these rules aren't simply rules for the "average" RuneScape Player who enjoys themselves playing RuneScape.
The rules we are talking about are rules for "the most notorious rulebreakers" in RuneScape who still can't get enough from making a new attempt in stretching the rules.

These players will never stop nor will they be stopped with hanging those rules in plain sight, just in front of their noses because they already know where they are and what it contains.

The way how the rules are written right now isn't the way that will invite new players to RuneScape, that's for sure. How about you ... what is your opinion?
