Hello, i am recruiting for my clan on the OSRS>clan forums.
I made 2 posts in total. 1 older outdated one, and a new updated one.
I made a second post because i wanted to change the title.

Ive been bumping the new forumpost for some weeks now, but for some reason the post can not be found when searching for it in the searchbar.

Both posts have the name: GR1ND 1T in the title.
When i search for GR1ND 1T in the search bar, only the old post shows up.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and or how i can solve this?

You only have two threads on your profile. You can click the my profile button and it will list all threads you've posted on that are still visible on the forums


This one and one clan one


You edited the first post of your clan thread yesterday

Editing the post doesn't change the title or make a new thread it just changes what's in the post



If the first post on that thread is correct and all you need is the title changing you can get that done by posting on the forum help thread in the community home section

I indeed see 2 forumpost on my profile.
This post, and my newer clan recruitment post.
(for some reason the older post is not visable on my profile?)

But when i search for GR1ND 1T on the forumthreads, only the old post shows up. Not the one that is on my profile!

(i appreaciate the tip on how to change a title, will keep that in mind)

If you did make another thread via the new thread button then it looks like it didn't go through properly

I edited a link to forum help in my other post as well

Yes that's strange I'm sure there is a reason but what it is I don't know I've had similar things happen such as threads I've posted on not showing on my profile


It could possibly be the brackets stopping it from showing in the search

Im guessing my best bet is to request if the new, (glitched) post can be deleted
And if i can edit the old forumpost title, and edit the post.
I will give that a shot

Looks like the mod locked your old thread ( the one on your profile) i thought you just wanted the title changing on that one unless that one is your old one


I can't even find the other one!

Honestly its all kinda strange..
As soon as the mod locked the new post (the post that was unfindable trough the searchbar)
The old findable post, dissapeared. (this was the post i wanted to keep and change title)
The mod said she changed the title of my post, but i cant even see the post myself anymore.

So now i created a entire new post again, but guess what.
If i type GR1ND 1T in the searchbar, it now finds 0 posts.

Either the search bar is glitched out, or the name GR1ND 1T glitches out the search bar.
Idk anymore O_o

As to your much older one. It might have befallen to chewie the page 51 monster.

As to why the search isn't working for your thread hunt I've no idea. It glitches from time to time as does the profile not registering threads.
