Truthfully I just want people like this to have them to be accountable for their actions and how they go about it, no formal warning nothing. It's abuse since I have friends in this chat too.

Admins/Mods of particular chats can kick for whatever reason they see fit. If someone kicks you for no reason, there's no rules against that. It's completely up to the owner and/or its moderators to decide.
Coming onto the forums to make accusatory statements of abuse against other players, and even calling them out by name isn't acceptable here. If someone breaks the rules ingame then you're welcome to use the ingame Report button but being kicked from a chat (regardless of the reason) isn't something that is against the rules.
My advice would be to perhaps find another chat to hang out in, or, if you want to continue to use that one, lay low for a bit or maybe avoid discussing subjects that could lead to another potential kick
