All everyone is asking for is an update as to when/if it will ever be fixed.

It's honestly unbelievable that it's been an issue for almost 2 years and nothing has been done about it. There are so many new clans founded since then that STILL have to do with the "default" clan flag on Runescape site, Runeclan and every clan members Runemetrics profile. Meanwhile, every thread that mentions it gets completely ignored by JMods, or in worse case even locked...
Wouldn't there be at least a way to manually push the Vexillum update once a week/month/year/millennium, so the new clans can have some kind of a flag displayed?

No one has been "banned" for bringing up or talking about this bug. A thread was locked because a JMod specifically stated that this was a known issue and that there were plans to fix it eventually but no timeframe for that. Another JMod then shut down an appeal for that thread to be unlocked.

If you have any problems with moderation on the forums, by all means take them to Forum Moderation Review, but I'd prefer if you did not spread false information about me and my actions on the forum. Community Manager for Jagex

I would like to think that you passed all the issues in this thread over to jagex, and I would like to think you and CM Brandon read over the suggestions I put in my other thread , that you CM guys could do yourselves (page 3, posts 2 & 3 on the linked thread).

I would like to think someone from the web team could at least reply to these threads.

My apologies, I've stepped back a bit from the forums as it seems I end up winding people up more often than not, and the toxicity in this forum (W&F) is a problem I'm not keen to encourage with "the web team do no work". My reply isn't particularly going to help that, but you asked...

Unfortunately, while some of the issues you've mentioned are no brainers such as fixing the clan flags, it's not something that's considered to be a priority at this time.

Hopefully we'll get some time to work on these in the future, but at the moment we're dealing with much more pressing issues which require our attention.

Thankyou for your reply Lyon. I understand you guys are busy 100% of the time and probably have a massive backlog, so it makes sense that these aren't a priority. (tbh I don't even know if things like fixing clan banners are an easy fix)

I just have one thing I want to confirm, does the 'clan XP' stat on the rs website need to be reset from time to time?(to remove the XP of members who have left the clan) I don't know if it's a rumor or not, but it's been mentioned for years that it's a thing. If that is true, to my knowledge it's not been done for a year.

For example, my clans total xp on the rs website is: 42,307,014,720
But on runeclan it's 37,131,103,284

I know you guys don't do nothing all day and I hope I haven't insinuated that. You are the only team I know who actively read the forums and reply when need be with open, honest answers and reasons. I hope myself and others aren't scaring you guys from replying to peoples queries.

When it does come time to re-do some of the clan things, whether it's in 6 months or 6 years it will be worth the wait :)

I also second what OP said above

posting even if not with the desired response still shows you're aware which is at least something
