Hi Everyone,

I have not played for some time, so I am not sure this is in the right forum, so I do apologize if I made an error.

I wanted to recover my old Runescape account, but I keep on getting denied by account recovery. The reason for this is that I know my username/Character name but don't remember a lot of the other details that they are asking such as old passwords, the correct email etc.

I initially thought I knew the right email, but over time I have realized that I must have created my Runescape account from an email address that I have long forgotten. This is because the oldest email that I can remember was made in 2012, and I figured out that I started playing the game before I created that email. As I don't have access to the email I used to create the account, I don't know when I created the account.

As for my old password, I know I have only had one, and it was an old phone number that I can't remember, and no one I know can find it either.

So, yea, all I know is the username, which I have checked up on RuneMetrics, and it has the same stats that I remember and the same time I stopped playing. I know it's my account cause I remember my username, which is pretty unique and one that I have continued to use for other games.

I wondered if there is anything else I can do to get access to my old account cause I am playing on a new account and it does not feel the same.
