okay this authenticator is not working every code made from the google authenticator is not working my account has no security right now ffs......

Hello,
Have you noticed that the code with the Google Authenticator changes every 60 seconds? It might be because you're typing in your code too slowly and it has changed. If that's not the issue, then I'd suggest asking in Tech Support, as they might know some information. Tech support is located here .

hello i need help trying to make my little brother an account for runescape and it will not let me make him an account because it says sorry your ineligable to creat an account even tho al the information is correct on him can you guys help out with that i know how to make accounts and all and how it is all worked can someone help with this problem

This might be caused due to the age limit (although I'm sure Jagex removed that?). I'm not too sure at all, I'd suggest contacting Customer Support here . They might be able to help you with your problem.
