it seems as if someone at jagex cant properly do updates maybe its time to hire someone that does . at this time of year I don't get a lot of playing time ; so when I do get time to play I expect to be able to play especially sine I pay to play. please get this problem solved and hire someone who can do the job correctly. ty

Jagex are having an update/upgrade/server maintenance currently running

So we have to wait until it is completed. At the moment they are solving problems in several areas thus it can be a bit frustrating but please do keep an eye on the News-page, the button located in the website bar at the top of the website.

Since March 4th, 2021, we have been bombarded with the Login Lockout Issue . A lot of players have not been able to play the game as they normally would and Jagex has been working non-stop to ensure that everyone affected gets back to the game as soon as possible. They have even postponed updates to focus all of their time and energy into remedying this situation. As for the server maintanance that was just conducted today, it was announced yesterday here:
