Hey there,

Purchasing a one-year membership package does not provide access to premier benefits. In order to subscribe for the premier package, you must select the premier club package from the billing interface while the package is being offered (which was available from 14 November 2019 through 1 March 2020).

Check out the Purchasing Premier Club support article for more information about the package and its availability.

In the future, you may get a faster response to billing related questions in the Community Led Payment Support forum.

I also see your loyalty date and, if you did purchase the year membership in January while the package was available, you can reach out to the Payment Support team via the Premier Club Refunds, Transfers and Everything in between! support article. Specifically the I’ve accidentally purchased a standard membership instead of the Premier Club package, what should I do? section under the "Transfers" heading.
