Can't view Jagex on Twitter?

I can't view this page at all since Elon made it so you have to be logged in to view tweets. Does this mean if we don't want to make a twitter account and tweet at jagex support for help, or want to make a reddit account for runescape help there, don't have discord and support on runescape website can't or won't solve our issue we are out of luck with our runescape issue?

I'm not blaming jagex for this, but does jagex have a solution for this? Some of us don't want to make twitter accounts or reddit accounts or use discord if we need help. Are we screwed if we have a issue and we can't solve it through support on website? And no, I'm not making a facebook account facebook interface and posting sucks and I don't want to give them my info.

Do we wait for Elon to reallow twitter lurkers to view tweets and profiles while logged out or is there a way jagex can work around this if it becomes permanent? I tried searching on google images with exact tweets but I can't view it without an account, searching on google same result so any issues I have to see if there's a thread on reddit about it with pictures of the support tweet and issue.

Yeah this is a pain in the ass. Jagex virtually abandoned these forums for meaningful discourse between us and them a long time ago. But now as you say, twitter is not available for a quick and easy look up of any future issues without the full sign up and log in.

I don't have accounts for any of the sites mentioned and I don't want to make any. I very rarely need to look at twitter or reddit but when things like the log in servers going down happen it was the only source of information. If you have to log in to see messages on Twitter/Reddit I'll just have to remain in the dark about what's happened. :@ :@ :@

You would use the support center, and if you cant find the right place, then use the community led support forums for advice.

All the help on social platforms is either not allowed on that platform, player ran, or signposting.

Twitter was a signposting service, discord is players helping players, and reddit doesn't allow support through it. The support jmods wouldn't even be looking at facebook, so no help there.

In the end, if you need a Jmod's assistance, it's always going to be through the support center. Even when twitter was log-out visible, whenever a player actually -needed- a jmod intervention to something, they had to submit a ticket.

News on service outages get posted to the homepage in advance, and support center gets a notice banner also during outages that pop up. With them using Zendesk, even if the RS site went down, the support center will still be accessible. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?

Even if you went to Twitter for Jagex Support, they'd send you back to the Support Centre here on the website. I'm unsure why people would go there in the first place if the endgame is to come back to the
