While your intentions are appreciated, this isn't the place to post details of a phishing site - and those that see this thread could unsuspectingly follow the link and find themselves in the same situation that you found yourself in.
Rather, you may provide details of phishing websites on the Phishing Report Centre - that thread is set up specifically for reporting this type of thing to Jagex so that they can work towards getting the sites taken down.
