Yes they are not Jagex staff but imposters out to try and gain access to peoples accounts so they can rob them. Gald you didn't fall for it.
Also thank you for the URL. I'll make 100% sure thats passed along to Jagex as they can hopefully get it taken down.

I've locked the thread though with the user names and url to protect others from seeing it and maybe falling for it.
