I support this. We already have the Heroes and Arrav thread - which is similar - and it seems to do its job. I don't see the harm in implementing a section for a broader purpose like you mention.

Additionally, I can only imagine how crowded the OSRS General subforum will become once GIM officially releases (there's already a plethora of these threads popping up right now). Maybe a specific, dedicated thread for this gamemode for the time being too? ^_^

The Old School Events forum has been mostly been used as a Teamwork forum - changing the name of that to "Old School Events and Teamwork" may be the better option if creating a brand new forum isn't desired.

Yeah I sorta noticed that too and you're right, but I think the name should include teamwork or collaboration (or something along those lines) to specify further. In my opinion, only including the word "Events" in the subforum doesn't seem that fitting for certain instances such as formulating a GIM team or Minigame searching - which is likely why so many people are posting in the General section.

However, in the meantime I've created a sticky in OSRS General for those looking for a group, so we can at least alleviate the clutter of those GIM threads. Thanks for keeping us updated and for creating that temporary sticky in OSRS General.
