I got a reply from Jagex support this morning, saying I wasn't the only one and they're looking into it.

... and obviously because I just posted that it seems to be working today

I wonder if going to the Runemetrics page before logging in affected it at all?

Needs to be fixed by the end of june at latest so we can track our personal progress.

For me, it looks like it doesn't work in Chrome, but works in Firefox. Anyone else have different results with different browsers?

Regarding issues in an FC, that is also off topic for this and the other threads. To attempt to resolve issues with a rank in an FC, you should contact the FC owner in-game. It is not an issue for the Forums.
