Im using Chrome and yes its still does this no matter the browser i use.

Dont understand what you mean by "inspect the network packages" as i dont even know how to do that.

Then again, in Protoxx's most recent YT vid, it seems to show that this might be due to the lockout but he never explains if thats the case.
