Is anyone else getting this?

Posts overlapping each other....

There doesn't seem to be any quick way to fix it either, I've tried refreshing the page, navigating to another page then back and the (intermittent) fault persists.

This is in Chrome btw.

I remember having this glitch occasionally a few years back, though I haven't had it occur in quite a long time.

Have you tried a hard refresh? (CTRL + F5)

That's part of what I was talking about in that thread. It's still broken for me.

Ah, sorry I didn't spot your thread, I should have added to that instead of creating a new one.
My apologies.

Iceberg's Ctrl/F5 seems to work!

Scrap that, it works for a split second then reverts to overlapping =/

Have you managed to fix it? Is it temperamental, or always like that?

Do you have any plugins installed that hide or alter elements such as AdBlock?
Does it happen on all of your devices? Seems like a CSS problem but I'm not sure how you'd be altering the element margin. My guess is it's a plugin causing it or a resizing issue.

Can any web devs out there make sense of this? I've highlighted the box that is overlapping.

"Height" could be the culprit, if you've changed the resolution of zoom on your browser, that'd be my guess. Try disabling plugins one by one and you'll find out if one is affecting it.

I've got Adblock but have RS whitelisted.

I'll keep an eye on it and see if I can spot anything that triggers it as it's intermittent.

Here are a couple of solutions I've found online that might work:

Click the hamburger menu in the top right of your Chrome window (three dots on top of each other) and ensure that Zoom is set to 100%. (I doubt this is the issue, but its really easy to check!) short-cut for this is CTRL -/+

Click the hamburger menu in the top right of the Chrome window and choose Settings. Under Appearance click on Customize Fonts and review the settings here.
- Font size: Medium. Page size: 100% (I doubt this will be causing it though)

Thanks SLR, all those are set as they should be.

Hey Rooh!

I haven't had this one in a little bit, but this does seem to be an intermittent issue that crops up from time to time. When I experienced it, the issue lasted for about a month until seemingly self-resolving for me. What I noticed was:

- The issue only occurred on threads with multiple pages
- The issue only affected the first post on each page overlapping with the second
- Completely clearing local cache did not seem to help and, if it did, the results were temporary
- When the issue was occurring on my mobile device, I was able to rotate the device (to change from portrait to landscape or vice versa), and it would fix the issue until the page was reloaded or until navigating to another page

Unfortunately, the issue has stopped for me as of about a month or so ago and I was unable to lock in any sort of valuable reason for occurance or reliable resolution methods.
