I cant log in, but im online. Thread is locked

My game froze and kicked me out. When attempting to login I get the message

"Your account has not logged out from its last session or the server is too busy to handle your request. Please try again in a few minutes or try a different server."

I have already performed and account recovery and changed my password to no avail. I'm afraid that it is wasting my dxp time. I also ended all active sessions on the official website.

Jagex, what do I do? I just wanna play the game!!!

I was in world 84 and got the same issue. I was forced to close out and go back in and it says "your account has not logged out from its last session or the server is to busy to handle your request. Please try again in a few minutes or try a different server"

Very annoying but good to know It's not just me experiencing this!

I managed to get logged back in. Unsure if it fixed it self. But I Had just done these prompts and was able to log in. If still having issues. Try this.

Open the start menu.
Search for "cmd" and press 'Enter'.
When the command prompt opens type the following three commands. Press 'Enter' after each new line:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
Close this command prompt window.
