Trouble Logging In

I've spent around an hour or two trying to log into the RSOFon my phone. It kept telling me my password or account name was wrong. I honestly thought I was hacked. So I downloaded Malware the one that RS support has a link too, sadly wasn't free. So I found another one, it was a virus one though, a name I recognised, downloaded it, checked and everything was fine; not sure if it's as thorough though as the malware one though. Anyway so I went on my son's laptop and couldn't log in, same situation; I was thinking yip accounts gone, feeling down as you have to go through all that rigmarole to get the account back, and my mindset is not there. So the next thing I did was go back on my son's laptop and go in game, I did this through Steam; after it was loaded I logged in game fine with this account, my password was not compromised. YAY!! This has happened in the past on my phone; not as long though, more than once.

Near everyday trying to log in, it goes round and round and round and page won't open.

There is a lot of difficulties loging in. I'm not sure if it's just me??

Is there an on going problem with logging into RSOF?

If fat means flavour then I'm ******* delicious!

In PC too, I cannot hop worlds without having to completely shut down my client. It's virtually impossible to get into the Clan Citadel given that it requires a world-hopping action. This has been ongoing for the past week or so, what's going on??
