Unable to log in, system froze Thread is locked

I was in world 84 and got this issue. I was forced to close out as my character wasnt doing anything almost like a lost connection. After closing out and reloading the client to go back in and it says "your account has not logged out from its last session or the server is to busy to handle your request. Please try again in a few minutes or try a different server"

Every time I try to log in it gives this message. Whats the issue?

Logged into an older account to see if I was still logged into my main. says offline. So it must be an issue with the accounts. Looks like the world is fixed but the accounts affected have not been fixed.

I am having the same problem.
It froze for like 5 minutes so i closed my client and tried to relog in and it won't let me. Says "Your account has not logged out from its last session or the server is too busy to handle your request. Please try again in a few minutes or try a different server".
It's been a good hour for me now, and I still can't get on.

I even tried to use mobile and I'm getting the same message. I don't believe there is a way to log yourself out using the website from the game itself except from mobile..

I managed to get logged back in. Unsure if it fixed it self. But I Had just done these prompts and was able to log in. If still having issues. Try this.

Open the start menu.
Search for "cmd" and press 'Enter'.
When the command prompt opens type the following three commands. Press 'Enter' after each new line:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
Close this command prompt window.
