Hi LilShortBrat,

I'm not sure if you're addressing the in-game or forum font size regarding the users who have medical/sight issues.

For in-game font size, see:

For forum font size, if using Chrome browser, hold CTRL and scroll up to zoom in. As OP's suggestion is not to aid users who have sight issues, I feel this info might be more relevant. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
