I prefer Imperial Iron Wall over Mistake.

good point, so they dont use their banishing mechanics to recycle anything,

edit: and with one fate, IIW can hurt spellbooks badly, but its still a good idea to have cards that seal searching

It is, but since I'm going to play Mermail Mistake is going to hurt me as well. Imperial Iron Wall also hurts a bit since I can't summon Tidal or Aqua Spirit, but I usually side those out when I'm siding in Imperial Iron Wall.

They're an easy deck to beat if you know what you're doing. A simple Soul Drain or Dimensional Fissure pretty much shuts down the whole deck. However, they are quite powerful as well if you're not prepared. Abyssgaios is amazing with its skill drain ability and also the fact that you can destroy cards by discarding atlanteans when summoning Abyssmegalo is also a huge plus. Then, you also have a floater through Abysslinde. Furthermore, you can also make easy rank 7 xyz summons with Abyssteus. It's definitely one of my favorite decks. I'm going to play it at regionals in about 3 weeks.

Unfortunately, they aren't nearly as powerful with the limiting of Deep Sea Diva and Atlantean Dragoons, but they are still definitely going to be Tier 1 this format. Deep Sea Diva was so good in Mermail, it allowed for the 2 card Megalo-Diva OTK, and also allowed you to play under cards like Macro Cosmos or Dimensional Fissure. Dragoons was good as well since it could pretty much search out half the deck which included Megalo and Diva. Also, the Angineer combo is very powerful.
