somewhat like that pretty much its decks that have tiers, not cards

for example, the current top tier decks in the metagame right now are...

Dragon rulers (even though nerfed)
mermails
evilswarms
firefists
spellbooks/prophecy

past top tier decks
6 samurais
blackwings(about tier 2 now)
windups
inzektors


there are too many to list but i mainly run anti meta decks just because its fun to watch those netdeckers squirm :P
