Pretty similar to how I first discovered about her. :)

As far as the music videos that I like, I'd say I'd go for her original ones mostly (back in 2011-2012), and then a few more recent ones include Senbonzakura, Heist, and Dragon Age. Pokemon was alright, I prefer her Zelda one over it though, but that's just me. :P

I don't like electronic/dub step, I like what she does with the violin though. However, I like *some* of her video game music which has some electronic touch to it. Now that I know you're a big piano aficionado, I won't judge you :p

Um, thanks?

On a more serious note, yes while I mostly focus on piano stuff, there are some things that I like from other instruments, especially the violin and string instruments in general, because I played violin back when I was in middle and high school. I do love the sound of the violin and when done well it is really epic. :)

you're welcome?

Yes, I appreciate authentic sounds from actual instruments oppose to electronic garb, personally. I do really like the violin music she plays in most of her songs.

She might be considered "over rated" by classical musicians or ones who are elites within the string world, but of course, to the average Joe/Sue, she is amazing. Someone once said that Lindsey is more of an entertainer, rather than a violin virtuoso, and there is some merit to that.

I don't think it's like that because her character and attitude as well as lifestyle greatly differs from Justin Bieber. Also, looks like I was wrong about a summer tour, she DOES in fact have a summer tour this year (albeit very expensive now).

Her M&G tickets are already 150 USD and that does not include the regular ticket for general admission (which is somewhere around 25-30 USD really cheaply) and good seats would be much more, closer to 40-50 USD. Long story short, while her M&G tickets did not rise much more than the previous tour, the overall cost of seeing her live, let alone meeting her face to face would be very pricey, which also doesn't include travel (gas money), food, lodging, etc.

So all in all, if one can afford it, I would say it's worth at least going to see her once, but if not, then it is a bit of a loss but not too unfortunate.
(I've also discovered other celebrities way after they have become unapproachable/too famous. I was pretty fortunate when I met Lindsey Stirling several years ago, right before she started to take off-- while I was a Senior in undergrad (college/uni). Just some luck, decent timing along with some dedication and determination which made it possible for me to see her live and M&G.)
