I am sure at some point you as an experienced raider has had to delve into Raid FC at one low point in their Runescape life, but what I'm suggesting is an FC Which you must have a certain kc to be in, ranks will only show how experienced a player is, for example (gen rank means you can do all roles) basically a loose group of ever growing friends who all can rely on each other.
This might get no support but if it does ill considering hosting a friends chat of sort, you will have to prove your skill level though and people with under 20kc shouldn't even try.
This is just a suggestion as i have a lot of experienced raiders complaining about lack of skills in other FC's.
