P90 (the new one) everyday, except Sundays (scheduled rest days).
This would be my second time doing P90. For my first run, I went with the resistance-based schedule, gained about 25 lbs from muscle mass. Then I stopped, consumed much coke (the beverage), and added another 20 lbs to that at peak.
2016, do not miss a day. I've maintained perfect attendance last time, and I certainly can do it again. I'm literally, physically butthurt from really pushing myself yesterday for the "Sweat A" and "Ab Ripper A" workouts last night, but I'll be following the schedule closely regardless. "Sculpt A" to commence in 1 hour.
