friday night i have salmon n prawn with garlic sauce and veg

go to local shop get salmon n prawns
put alimonian foil over the salmon oven it 20 min 180 deggree
boil water put veges in the water
fry pan some shrimp and put olive oil galric n other spice u like
then u put veg on plate and prawns
get salmon and put on plate
tip the sauce that was cookin in prawn pan over salmon and prawn it is yum
tehn u can eat it
