Congratulations Elle, that's brilliant news. I am also house hunting, but for different reasons, it is a great time to buy.

If you like I can lure Joe and Bren here, I have epic internets and if I provide free food it will distract them for a while. I am pretty handy with a cardboard box and could make a bank booth to help Bren feel comfortable. Once you are settled in and have some spare monies you can fly to Scotland and visit us all =)
