Just wanted to let you know that my blister is much better today, so I won't be hobbling around work like an invalid. I won't be super speedy either, but I think it'll be more than adequate.

I was motivated for a bit early this summer where i was running on treadmill everyday..then i just kinda got lazy and stopped quality poster

Sunny's problem is he was running on a treadmill inside IN THE SUMMER. GO OUTSIDE and enjoy the sun Sunny.

I'd be happy to throw snowballs during the winter.

Speaking of winter, it went from really hot to cold, like, almost instantly. Fall is here! Gonna get really cold fast.
