I love my knees too - I rub my knees with Vaseline every morning before I go for a run.
Then I do squats and lunges to strengthen them for soccer.
With that being said, I don't mind if you chew on my knees as long as you're gentle with them.

I sprained my right ankle a month ago, so I use Vaseline to warm up my leg and ankle quicker and it removes the pain temporarily.
