As for healing people, I suppose you could, assuming you elected to bring your wicked hood to shape yourself some runes. Runecrafting itself is a mostly useless skill on Earth, though. For an option that doesn't tap at your own life force, you could produce a lot of fish very quickly and cook 28 in a minute, then instantly feed them to somebody so they heal (As you could with dungeoneering.) That only really covers healing though, so I doubt you could cure illness. Curing poison, certainly.

As for me, I'd probably rock the agile set + wicked set (no top/bottom, +pouch in ammo slot), boots of lightness penance gloves (weight reduction + runes), a lava battlestaff, radiant amulet, explorer's ring 4 (more spells), Superior Tree-Shaking Scrimshaw, Legendary Lumberjack Aura.
Basicly, I have a lot of forest on my property to clear and between magically spawning implings (cutting with crystal hatchet, as toolbelt comes) and all the logs and sticks gathered, I'd fletch then alch what I could, even if it's at an absurd rate, as a single gold coin on Earth is worth a lot of money.
If I had time, I'd weed the entire area plotted to be a garden and plant seeds (naturally obtained), and use my last minute to home teleport, drop everything and shoot myself. This would kill me, but given a lack of item on my person, I skip death's interface and respawn at home immediately (thus preventing an 'existence in geilinor infinite death loop'), all existing 'status ailments' cleared. I just hope being fat counts as a status ailment
Probably all sorts of little things that could do with some fine tuning though.
I'd probably be a bit more humanitarian next year, though.
