Randomly, my Toshiba Satellite P755 will force-shut-down/turn-off. My best guess is that there is either a problem with the HDD or even the RAM,
or
it might be the cooling system malfunctioning, so the laptop shuts off to protect itself. If any of these problems are valid, I don't know how to fix any of them.
Other notes: The laptop is plugged in and battery is fully charged.

This is usually the problem if your computer is shutting down randomly. If you feel comfortable doing this, I would recommend disassembling your laptop to clean out any dust from the inside.
It may surprise you but if you do this, it will greatly improve the cooling capabilities of the machine. I've done this on a desktop and seen it go from shutting down in 30 seconds to running smoothly after cleaning it.
This is a very common problem, especially in older (~2-3 years) computers.
I would give this a try, and if the problem persists you may have other problems. Just curious, did anything happen prior to cause the laptop to behave like this? Or is this completely out of the blue?

Yea I'm not a science rocketist but... that dust adds up over the years. How is it going to cool? I think all computers need a good cleaning after awhile, whether it's working good (for the time-being) or not.
The problem is, some laptops nowa days can be a little tricky to open up... it seems they do it on purpose so that you.. I don't know? Purchase their service packages or a new computer. No idea.
"Why are you posting threads, asking questions and making discussion???"
Before you actually open the laptop, consider using temperature monitoring utilities like CPU-Z and RealTemp before jumping to conclusions that it is heat.
Compare the realtime data you receive with the TDP ratings and you should be able to tell if its really overheating.
doubt it's ram, and you'd be notified if it was hdd unless your laptop is archaic to the extent it doesn't include a forced shutdown notification due to that
You can try to clean it yourself, just make sure you backup everything incase you mess up and it goes wrong.
It does go to the first windows screen, makes me think it's a problem with your OS rather than anything else, my advice would be to first try boot it using something like a boot cd, hiren's boot cd should work fine, if that works, copy all your documents and files and whatever, from there you should completely wipe your hard drive and do a clean install
