and I got this on my 4th smurf... that is nice...

Nice!

On my smurf, I got "Meowkai" as a skin. Unfortunately, I don't really play him. I guess it is time to learn. :) I made it back to Plat on my main account, Gold on my smurf, and I've helped a few friends enter Gold 5.

Speaking of smurfing...has anyone tried Heimerdinger + Illaoi duo bot? It is absolutely disgusting. Both champions have 1 v 2 potential, so imagine having both of them bot lane (with Heimerdinger taking the CS). Run heal + barrier on Heimerdinger with Ignite+ exhaust on Illaoi, and excitingly await fail ganks. A key part of this strategy is to "cling" together by Heimerdinger's turrets during a gank, and engage in an all out fight. Heimerdinger and Illaoi will be the last one standing, or will outtrade 3-4 enemies. I can't even begin to tell you how many people have went AFK due to encountering this highly effective strategy bot lane. I can easily see this getting someone to Plat if you find competent Heimerdinger + Illaoi players to duo up.

Also, the nonstop turret pressure is insane. If Illaoi lands his E, Heimerdinger becomes more free to keep pushing the tower. You can get the first turret in 7-10 minutes, the second at around 15 minutes, and an inhibitor in under 20 easily. If Heimerdinger gets Banner of Command, and Illaoi get Zzrot, the push potential becomes even greater...forcing enemies to divert really important resources.

Ya that acc I do not care about tho. It is just a high gold acc with plat mmr support only.

E: I only care about my main and my main smurf - God is a poro and 0ne trick poro

And the down side to that bot lane is that the enemy will have a farmed up adc who will just group mid and siege. You need an adc to take towers.

Farmed up ADC? Not likely to happen if the Heimerdinger and Illaoi players know what they're doing. If the ADC groups mid, they will lose the bot inhibitor in absolutely no time.

It isn't as easy for a person to farm against that type of bot lane. Every time I have played Heimerdinger + Illaoi bot, we have applied overwhelming pressure to defeat their bot lane and force the jungler to camp our lane (to no avail). A decent Heimerdinger player should also be able to poke them down to the point where they are forced to back.

Does the strategy have weaknesses? Certainly. I shared the strategy because from my experiences it has been a fun and effective unconventional strategy for shutting down enemy bot lanes. I'd consider it the "new" Mordekaiser bot, except even better and more consistent lane pressure. Not having a marksman can be a weakness if the team doesn't have a top, or jungle marksman like Graves (or even a Jhin mid). Having a marksman is by no means a necessity to win a match. Mechanics, and objective control are in my opinion far more influential. Heimerdinger and Illaoi apply far greater lane pressure, and objective pressure than most bot lanes.

Any marksman will just destroy the turrets and then the jg will camp.
