I think Wilf was referring to Teaky being banned for post count farming, because of his unconditional love for post count.
that's at least how I read it.
On topic: I've begun preparing evacuation. Teaky is a dangerous poster, a danger I'd rather not encounter. It is advised everyone evacuates (or even leaves) HLF immediately before he walks this high-level plane of existence.
Or another plan could be to drive him out! .
