Ok, 2 days late, but after a very dominant performance by Yorkshire they won the championship with a match to spare.

Lyth got another century, Balance made 99 and Bresnan was also close with 95.

Brooks, Rashid and Sidebottom doing the damage with the ball.

Their captain is suspended and wasnt allowed to lift the cup which seems a bit stupid...

i swear Bresnan is always making 90s lol

and in other random stuff Pujara made 7 and then a duck on debut with Derby in there 106 run defeat to Glamorgan.

to add on to the learning for Pujara he made 16 in Derby's first innings. match situation is Surrey batted first and made 181, then Derby took the lead with 210 and then Surrey fought back with 279 in there 2nd innings. leaving Derby with 251 to win

I'll keep an eye on that today, play has just started.

Somerset (who Yorks play next) made 523 - 9dec and have Middlesex at 65 - 7 atm.

Eoin Morgan has got some serious work to do.

Gotta admire Pujara, English conditions at this time of years are more tricky than in the middle of summer, especially with 10:30am starts.
