Hey guys! I qualified for a National Bodybuilding competition! So stoked Been working out since my teens, almost as long as I've been playing RS, haha.

Learned a lot, and I have a lot where I can improve! I'm going to do a lot better in the future

nice work man. takes a ton of dedication. i know the bronzer is required for the stage lighting and so you can see the details and everything better. but i always thinks it looks ridiculous lol

what muscle group or whatever do you feel is the hardest for you to build up? for me its chest Old School

Hahaha, yeah, the tan is ridiculous, haha.

I used to think it was back, so I put an insane amount of work into my back, it was my main muscle of focus, and it grew pretty well:



What I can grow the most still is back and shoulders probably, that's going to be my main focus for a while I feel like my chest grows really quickly, I used to barely hit it, and it just grows whenever I do any bit of chest Thank you very much to everyone who has donated 5k
