Well in Cali, we have these burritos that are notoriously called California Burritos (very original), there are a lot of different variations but the usual formula is: carne asada (a type of meat marinated a certain way, guacamole, grilled cheese, fries (yes, french fries), salsa, sour cream, and a whooole lotta grease (mmmm).
