15 or so people basically stalk the HLF and post on all the threads they can.
Another 20-30 post occasionally or on important threads
The other 5k maxed players usually post once/not at all and are never seen again.

Hi I have logged on to the official runescape MMORPG forums to honor Makaveli 93 with one of my holy and priceless post. Makaveli NINETY THREE is a rule abiding and respectful forum user. I fondly remember the times when you used to ask me for help when you were going for your very first fire cape. With great persistence and courage you managed to slay the mighty Jad and proudly wear the fire cape you so much desired!
I am sure that after all this time, you are still the same player who consults the rules and the code of conduct before doing something you're unsure of. Following the rules rigidly and being an upstanding member of the Runescape community has always been your main strength. I fondly remember the times when you used to bring a smile on a fellow runescaper's face when you patiently and courteously helped them with difficult quests that otherwise they would never have managed without your help.
