I love the way you have to go more than 25 years into the past to find your examples, while in the US there are new ones every week.

Yeah, I don't know why they didn't even mention this one that happened just a month ago.

you enable it while living in any one of the four countries where reverse mortgages are legal.

"muh savings" is always some gambling fraud thing where it aint national treasury bonds you're diversied into... its corporate bonds, so about 17 trillion worth of... nothing. doesnt exist. all fraud.

nevermind LIBORgate.... howbout that HIH!? howbout One.Tel!?
howbout Bank West!? howbout that Dick Smith!?

the ready to wear racket made about america's "freedom tax" [sic] always allows one of the other three countries to try eliminating competition.

even simpler... all you need to know about monsanto...
they began as a company that made vanilla.
their 2nd place competition for the juiciest government contracts is dow, and dow started out making gunpowder.

wanna know whose bills 100% benefit the sponsor's of Modi's BJP, dow, and dupont? Tulsi Gabbard. she doesnt set pen to paper unless it somehow benefits the hinduization of india even when it means a million desi like Ms Marvel get put in camps.

so... not sure how unshaved weebs with anime code names and no degrees... possibly even already disenfranchised from voting already always find forums to pretend like their editorials have relevance... oh... boy howdy will they be the first to impugn that which is mainstream media, and then... they speak one language, and read all their news in half of that language. ugh...

not even the OP. just bored of this meta. everywhere people can write theyre shrieking "somebody do something! save the babies!" and yknow what... you were all asked to go to college, and not reply "lol wut" every time you lose arguments.
I have quit rsof because moderator found comments about darklight bonus damage on demons "off topic" for wildy flash mobs full of demons

2nd amendment lol if it never existed there wouldn't be this problem

I'll admit, I don't know for sure if you are European, but if you are, I'll be honest your input matters about as much as a bent, rusty, spoon.

Nobody in the US is looking at your country and saying: "Dang, they need more guns and less laws."
When I visit the UK, I don't worry about getting stabbed in the ridiculous amount of knife violence there and in other EU countries....

Furthermore, while terror attacks are alarming, not only are there worse death statistics over here, but there are also WAY more people in our country. In the grand scheme, it doesn't work out to be that bad, no matter what any major news network claims.

In 1791, when the Second Amendment was adopted in the United States, the state-of-the-art firearm was a flintlock musket firing paper cartridges loaded with gunpowder and a lead ball. Given the laborious loading procedures, a skilled soldier could fire at most two or three shots a minute. The smoothbore flintlock lacked both stopping power and accuracy; hence the need for lines of soldiers to fire from point-blank range at each other.

Nikolas Cruz did not come to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, toting a musket. Police say he came with an AR-15 rifle, which typically comes equipped with 30-round magazines and can easily fire 45 rounds per minute. And it fires not lead balls but .223 rounds that at close range could make the head of a Viet Cong soldier “explode” or turn his torso into “one big hole”.

Own a musket for home defense, since that's what the founding fathers intended. Four ruffians break into my house. "What the devil?" As I grab my powdered wig and Kentucky rifle. Blow a golf ball sized hole through the first man, he's dead on the spot. Draw my pistol on the second man, miss him entirely because it's smoothbore and nails the neighbors dog. I have to resort to the cannon mounted at the top of the stairs loaded with grape shot, "Tally ho lads" the grape shot shreds two men in the blast, the sound and extra shrapnel set off car alarms. Fix bayonet and charge the last terrified rapscallion. He Bleeds out waiting on the police to arrive since triangular bayonet wounds are impossible to stitch up. Just as the founding fathers intended.

America will continue to be like this until all guns are banned tbh.

Right, who needs guns when you can just go on a knife killing spree instead. I'm looking at you Canada. American doesn't have a corner on crazy. We've got more than our fair share, granted but there are lunatics all over the globe.

The Hungerford Massacre [UK] - 1987 -- 16 dead, 15 wounded.

Luxiol, France -1989 -- 16 dead, 1 wounded.

Dunblane, Scotland - 1996 -- 16 children (all under 6 years of age) and 1 teacher.

Port Arthur, Tasmania - 1996 -- 35 dead, 18 wounded.

The list goes on and on... Germany, Ireland, South Korea, Belgium, Israel, Russia, Spain and even Switzerland.

urgh, I hate that argument. The volume of dead people by non-gun deaths is a tiny fraction compared to gun-related deaths.

This is the reality: Federal laws restricting firearms are dumb, because the entire country and every area, is not comparable to the next. States can be as harsh or lenient as they want, but CA, the most strict state, still has TONS.
Most Mass shooters don't have criminal records, or minor ones, so unless everyone here favors "Minority Report" your whole universal background check argument goes clean out the window.
You don't like guns? don't own one. Afraid that you're next? move to the middle of nowhere since as I just pointed out, even the most strict states have gangs, violence, unstable people, and thieves. (btw, many firearms are stolen in the first place when shootings happen).

Nobody here is going to change anyone's mind.
