I have no idea what pounds/kg is, but I recently started in the gym again(long long abscence)
My benchpress is shit, around 50kg? That's in 3x12 reps, so my max is probably higher, haven't tried yet.
I squat 80kg 3x12, could possibly do 100kg at 1 rep
