Bit random. But I loved Is it wrong to try and pick up girls in a dungeon(or something along those lines). But it was a total boob fest. even though it was supposed to be a boob fest. One of those shows that I wish it took itself seriously enough to not be a Harem like everything else.
I actually just finished watching that earlier.
Apart from Hestia's boobs (which are actually quite nice tbh), I thought the anime itself isn't half bad. Bell is just a typical harem lead who has unexplained potential. Most of the other characters are bland, but not really hateable, so I guess they're okay. The story itself isn't anything special.
All in all it's pretty average. I wouldn't call it great but it wasn't a bad experience either.
My thoughts on some this season's other new shows so far:
Rokka... I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. It's not bad by any means, but it's not super fantastic either. Same goes for Gate.
Shimoneta is hilarious and one of the highlights of my week. Watching it is a great way to put myself in a good mood.
Chaos Dragon... this show is kind of boring me, honestly. Kind of a disappointment. Same goes for Charlotte.
Game of Laplace is just terrible. The only thing it has going for it is gruesomeness.
Ushio and Torra is my #3 this season. Loving every minute of it.
Dragon Ball Super... until we get into actual new content, I have nothing positive to say about it. Wasting a bunch of time retelling the stories of Battle of the Gods and Resurrection of F (padded down with loads of filler, no less) just seems like a really terrible way to start the series. You'd think a break of nearly twenty years would have given people time to understand that most people HATED DBZ's filler, but apparently not.
Sky Wizards Academy is a HUGE disappointment. The second episode was great right up until they devoted the last few minutes to an argument about breast size. I don't normally mind comedy and/or fanservice, but in this show's case I feel like it's hurting the story more than it's helping it. It seems like a show that could prove successful when taken seriously, but when it's not... it's cringe-worthy.
